Tips for Staying Mentally Sharp


You would never know it, but sisters Ruth Sweedler and Shirley Hodes have both lived beyond the century mark. “I don’t feel that I’m old,” Sweedler, 103, told CNBC — and her older sister agrees. “I’m not that old!” Hodes, 106, exclaimed. “I don’t feel old, that’s the truth.”
